A fresh genre of Cantonese cuisine! Every combination set of dishes are unique, meticulously prepared "Work of Art" offering a kaleidoscope of various blend, tastes and textures.

There are three interesting menus to choose from during lunch or dinner. Among the lunch choices offered comprises of delectable dishes such as chicken with wasabi mayo, deep fried soft shell crab with spices, lobster fruit salad, wok fried prawn with basil, braised shark fin soup with baby abalone and seafood and home style steamed Chilean sea bass. Dinner choices will include braised seafood soup with bamboo pith, egg noodles with seafood stew, wok fried garoupa fillet with lily bud, steamed Atlantic cod fish with eggplant and braised baby abalone with vermicelli noodle.

To complete a satisfying meal, diners will be spoilt for dessert choices, with an option of chilled avocado puree with coconut jelly, double boiled aloe vera with snow fungus or deep fried durian ice cream with mango sauce offered during lunch. For dinner, the options range from homemade durian pancake, black sesame glutinous ball with ginger tea, double boiled snow fungus with aloe vera or fresh fruits.
